Two ways to do it. Both count the same, so pick the one you prefer. You do not need to give a reason.
Cancellations that reach us at least 3 business days before your next billing date take effect before that charge.
Option 1
Cancel online in about a minute
- Open the cancellation portal with the button below.
- Enter the email address you used for your VisionGuard order.
- Confirm the cancellation. Your membership ends and you get a confirmation by email.

Fill in the form and our team cancels your membership for you. You get a confirmation by email once it is done.
